MEET TIFFANY

Tiffany Baumann Nelson is a woman of faith, family, and service who has dedicated her life to strengthening her community. As a Conroe ISD Trustee, she brings the same commitment to excellence and resilience that have defined her personal journey, working to ensure every student has the opportunity to succeed. Tiffany is known for her servant leadership, integrity, and dedication to putting families first in every decision she makes.
Her personal story is one of perseverance. Raised by a single mother, Tiffany attended 20 public schools before graduating with honors and becoming the first in her family to earn a college degree. She self-funded her education, earning a Bachelor’s in Business, and later a Master’s in Christian Ministry. A stage three breast cancer survivor of more than a decade, Tiffany has used her journey to inspire others as an advocate, nonprofit leader, and speaker, proving that with faith and hard work, adversity can be transformed into strength.
Tiffany’s involvement in the public school system is vast. With all six of her children attending or having attended Conroe ISD schools, she has been heavily involved as a parent and volunteer for many years. That firsthand experience gives her unique insight into the needs of students, families, and educators, and it drives her continued commitment to serve.
Beyond the Board, Tiffany has devoted her life to ministry, philanthropy, and community service. She founded and leads a non-profit consulting firm, counseling executive teams and managing multi-million dollar budgets for numerous organizations which support our nation's veterans, breast cancer research, and various other ministries at the community, state, and national levels. Tiffany is also an author and international speaker.
A former Miss Ohio and accomplished musician, Tiffany has inspired audiences nationwide with her story of resilience and hope. Whether serving in her church, leading in the nonprofit sector, or raising her family, Tiffany Nelson continues to live out her calling: to serve others with strength and grace.
